Encrusted Prime Rib of Beef (Thursdays only)
Our own special recipe: we rub the entire rib in special herbs and spices, then encrust it in rock salt and slowly roast for at least eight hours. Choose it blackened for a taste that will explode with flavor or just enjoy it au jus with our special horseradish cream. |
