When it comes to the quality of life programs at Misawa Air Base, the fitness programs at Freedom and Potter Fitness Centers are at the top of the list. With fitness centers in two convenient locations, one on main base and one in the north area, everyone has access to a multitude of resources that will promote his/her health and well-being.

We proudly serve over 1,050 customers daily.
We also hold special events throughout the year such as May Fitness, Marathon, Triathlon, Amazing Race, 5K runs, and the Harlem Ambassadors tour. Look for details each month in the Leisure Times magazine or see our Special Events Calendar below.

Sessions are $25 per hour and include identifying goals and objectives, hands-on training, and building a comprehensive workout plan to help you maintain the physique and body composition you desire.

With personal trainers as your guides, you can reach your goals faster. It’s your goal; we just want to help get you there sooner. For more information please call the Potter Fitness Center at 226-3982.
